Integrated Risk Management System (IRIS), former Uniform Credit Approval and Risk Management System (Egységes Hitelengedélyezési és Kockázatkezelési Rendszer, EHKR)

IRIS (Integrated Risk Management System) is an itegrated system for supporting the risk management of financial institutes (banks, investment companies, etc.) which is customised regarding to individual requirements of OTP Bank Plc. Its development was preceeded by creation of the general-purpose ECONOHELP Financial Analyser and Credit Standing Examination System as well as the Credit Assistant (Hitelezési Segédlet) and Uniform Credit Approval and Risk Management System (Egységes Hitelengedélyezési és Kockázatkezelési Rendszer, EHKR) made for OTP Bank Plc.

IRIS aims at supporting the whole life cycle of active deals from contacting the clients through intra-organisational decision support steps to the continuous monitoring of live bank transaction until its closure. This ensures the transparency of the process, the systematic storage of data and manifold analysability of information. User rights can be fine-tuned being organised in 20 roles. Activities done in the system can be fully traced by the logging facilities. Tha Parameterising client module can be used for managing base data (user right tables, code tables, substitutions, etc.) as well as for modifying credit products and their parameters (parameters of debt rating, templates, forms, business and financial attributes, analyses, etc.).

OTP Bank Plc. has introduced the multilingual and international version of the system in its Ukrainian (2008) and Romanian (2009) affiliate. This version needed a huge amount of development and the name of the system has changed from EHKR to IRIS. Currently the system is used by more than 1000 users.

 

Legal advisor e-government service

Customer: Municipality of Miskolc City
Development period: 2005 - 2007

The Municipality of Miskolc City has introduced an expert-based legal advisor e-government service. The legal advisor service is built on an expert system whose knowledge base was created by modelling municipial orders on regular social benefit and old-age allowance. This service aimes to give customised information for users of the municipal web portal about available social aids. The result inferenced by the expert system is created based on user answers. We developed the expert system applying our own expert system builder software.

 

Electronic Public Procurement System (Elektronikus Közbeszerzési Rendszer, EKR)

Customer: Hungarian Post Plc.
Development period: 2001 - 2003

In the project of the Hungarian Post Plc. our company delegated the program manager, the leader and system architects of the project that elaborated the logical model as well as the experts for designing the public procurement portal.  This program aimed to create the governmental electronic marketplace and electronic public procurement portal as an end-to-end system integration activity. Almost 100 persons took part in the program. The finished IT system was successfully tested in December 2002 by the representatives of customer and buyer side, controlled by the Ministry of Informatics and Telecommunication and the Prime Minister’s Office.

 

Electronic Public Procurement System (Elektronikus Közbeszerzési Rendszer, EKR)

Development period: 1999 - 2000

We prepared the concept and feasibility study of the governmental electronic marketplace and electronic public procurement portal, as well as the logical specification of the system for the Prime Minister’s Office. The concept and the logical model were elaborated based on Hungarian Act on Public Procurement and EU public procurement guidelines as well as requirements of governmental bodies ((MKGI, IKB, MÁK, ÁHH).

 

AMIR

Customer: Hungarian Tax and Financial Control Administration (APEH)
Development period: 1999 - 2001

The primary aim of the AMIR debtor rating system is to support assessing payment assistance applications of debtors as an analyser tool of property, income and financial circumstances. The system inferences both from data sheet information asked from tax payers and from information of APEH's own databases.

This is the special version of ECONOHELP.

 

ECONOHELP Financial Analyser and Credit Standing Examination System

Customer: Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Rákóczi Bank, Információ- Hitel- és Befektetésminősítő Rt.
Development period: 1997 - 1999

This is a complex risk analysis software with its own methodology which can be used primarily for determination of client risk related to company rating and credit lending.

 

Hospital Simulation System

Customer: Hungarian National Health Fund
Development period: 1996 - 1997

An integrated system used for optimisation of hospitals’ functionality which is capable of running simulations based on client administration, management and financing data, as well as their evaluation and statistical analysis.

 

Statistics-based decision support systems

Customer: Ministry of Culture and Education
Development period: 1995 - 1996
